The learning metabolism of our society is rising. This means our fields are reorganizing and the rate of entropy is increasingly. This means we each must actively work to build our field and network. Pay attention to the values that you promote in your field and the integrity of the people and institutions with which you associate. When you are choosing a bank, you are not just establishing a banking relationship. You are creating and connecting your field to theirs.
Only you can create and nurture your field in such an environment. Weave your field the way you would weave a tapestry that you would continue for generations.
